Shipping policy

Standard shipping is currently 3 to 5 business days, not including processing times from the time you place your order. Shipping rates are currently $5.99 and shipped via United States Postal Service. During high volume shipping times during the holidays, shipping rates may increase and/or a different carrier may be utilized. Shipping is free if $50 or more is spent. Shipping costs may increase based on the currently influx of our economy.

Once a product leaves our studio, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. We try our best to make sure that it gets to you safely, but outside of that is not our responsibility through the handlers of the shipment.

With that being said, we will offer you a 10% discount to re-order with us for ONLY the product that was damaged, valid with a photo of the damaged item sent within 3 days of receiving your package to info@ode-toself.com. After 3 days, the offer will not be valid and you will have to purchase a new order.

Orders totaling more than $50 USD will receive complimentary shipping.

No exceptions will be allowed.
