Thank you for your support in purchasing one of our many goodies from Ode to Self Skincare. We're very proud of the products that we can offer you as they're handcrafted in a small facility outside of Nashville, TN. With that being said, we have a few store rules that we hope you can understand. Please know, that we definitely appreciate your business.
1. While we understand that all skin is different, we know that some products may not work for everyone. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
2. Once a product order has been placed, your order is processed quickly and shipped out within a few days of placement, due to fresh batches being made. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted. Once an order has been placed, it is FINAL SALE. If an order has been made in error, please contact customer support at email@example.com immediately. Once a product has been marked for shipment with a tracking number, orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
3. Ode to Self Skincare cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions to our products and cannot be held responsible should any occur. We encourage customers to please do a patch test prior to using on facial area to test for skin sensitivity and/or reactions.
4. We are not responsible for stained clothes (please try to refrain from putting the oil directly on white linens).
5. If a product has arrived defective or broken, please contact customer support immediately by chat support or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours of your inquiry.
