Celebrating beauty for all as we evolve – inspired by the disco.
CEISÉ™ (formerly Ode to Self Skincare and Wellness®) exists to celebrate women skin and bodies as we evolve.
We create gentle, high-performing formulas to calm and nourish dry, sensitive skin as a result of perimenopause and hormonal changes.
Our mission is to have women embrace the changes within themselves and their bodies that naturally occur and realize change and growth are worth celebrating.
What is Perimenopause?
Our lives are always changing, just like our bodies.
As we age, our skin becomes more irritated, sensitive, and dry as our hormones are fluctuating during the perimenopause phase.
Perimenopause is the moment your menstrual cycle begins to slow to exist – as early as 35 years old –you aren't producing as many eggs as you were in your younger years and your body begins the process of closing up the factory. With that, our estrogen, progesterone, and other hormones drop and the imbalances begin. This causes a shift in the way our bodies and skin react. During this period, you may experience a "second coming" of puberty, as some women like to call it, such as acne, hot flashes, increased stress, anxiety and depression, headaches, drier skin, increased sensitivity, vaginal dryness, and more.

Made to Nourish Dry, Sensitive Skin
Our skin becomes more dry, thin, and sensitive as we age and face perimenopause. CEISÉ's gentle formulas work to nourish, hydrate, and moisturize your skin to replenish its optimal radiance.
We create balanced formulas that focus on maintaining a healthy skin barrier as you age or going through a moment in life where you're requiring alternative, safe products, such as pregnancy or chemotherapy.
We remain cognizant of your skin's increased sensitivity, focusing on alternative ingredients that are more gentle, but provide the same benefits such as brightening and evening skins' tone, reducing age spots, and accelerating skin cell turnover to reveal healthier cells as other popular ingredients, just without the irritating side-effects.
